Overview: Trainer, Member Services Herbalife Nutrition GBSC Krakow
In this role, you will:

  • Prepare, modify and execute MS onboarding plan with newly hired employees. Ensure that New Joiners receive proper training in order to be able to support Members on the lines, through chat and other means of communication.
  • Coordinate the training plan and training support from internal and external partners (i.e. Training Team in Guadalajara GBS, etc.)
  • Deliver regular briefings, refreshers and reminders to existing teams.
  • Monitor the most common and repeated errors in order to identify the training needs in Krakow GBS.
  • Create trackers, planners and logs in order to have visibility of knowledge levels of MS Representatives.
  • Cooperate and align with Member Operations Trainer.
  • Knowledge support for Supervisors and Managers on an ad-hoc basis.
  • Identify the process improvement opportunities and reporting them to Managers and Supervisors.
  • Support with development of Training materials to create Training Library and resources that can also support self-learning.
  • Create and maintain the Knowledge repository and support each team with their country specific repositories.
  • Support Knowledge Evaluations which include online and other various forms of knowledge assessment. Use this data to identify individual development plans.
  • Ensure post training reviews, quizzes and assessment conducted as relevant. Support build in reporting and evaluation. Ensuring analysis and review is conducted to ascertain improvements, learnings and also ROI.
  • Support sharing Best Practices on a regional and global basis
  • Work with relevant teams on projects/ implementations/ initiatives that will impact Member Services/ Members i.e. launches, promotions, vacations etc. During this process, to represent Member Services and bridge the activity with those teams to assure successful implementation and clear communication through training materials.
  • Support internal surveys on behalf of Member Services.
  • Support Herbalisation and Sales & Marketing Plan Training via the Herbalife Induction in the region and support ad hoc training as needed and in conjunction with business priorities. Ensure all training material is current and updated and shared with the relevant teams.
  • Support other projects as deemed appropriate by the Member Services Management Team.
  • Responsible for coordinating and disseminating (as appropriate) communication/ updates/ business information/ policies & procedures/FAQ’s/Rules changes/Advisories etc to the region to assure information flow is strong and is received timely and fully understood.
Our requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service roles (either front- or backoffice, or both)
  • Experience in managing tasks, able to meet deadlines and keep management informed of progress
  • Training Qualification/Accreditation/Experience
  • Completed secondary education
  • Strong proficiency working with MS Office and other software systems. Excellent PC skills preferably in Microsoft applications (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
  • Ability to explain processes and procedures in clear and simple way – being a patient teacher
  • Understanding the complexity of diverse cultural environment
  • Delivering feedback in constructive manner
  • Presentation skills and confidence while talking to large audience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Very good development, planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent customer service, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Detail oriented and strong ability to priorities
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Second and subsequent European languages an advantage
  • Knowledge of Herbalife Nutrition systems - for internal candidates
  • Strong co-ordination abilities and ability to work cohesively in a team environment, particularly where the team does not report directly
  • Great knowledge and understanding of Sales and Marketing Plan and key interfacing departments, demonstrating awareness of Member business perspective and company culture/values
  • Ability of working from own initiative
  • Able to interact effectively at all levels with sensitivity to cultural diversity
  • Ability to function as an effective team member and support project plans and to research and resolve practical problems
  • Can organize workload for effective implementation; Adapt as the external environment and organization evolves
  • Reliable with excellent attendance
  • Experience in training and coaching
  • Experience working in a direct selling environment and experience of metrics and reporting will be as an asset
  • Experience in using various supporting tools and reporting sofware (e.g. Power BI)
